Even in the sections that you can stealth, you soon realise it's a much more effective and time-efficient to just charge through. Also the whole "charge through massive sections of the map and get 50/50 chance of going the right way and if not, you're doing it again till you find the route" game-play mechanic, over trying to sneak past characters you've grown to known and become afraid of from the in-game files and lore. When you're constantly wondering what is going on in a "WTF" way, and not a, "this is messed up but it's building a more coherent picture" sort of way, we were constantly left frowning and looking at each other for answers hoping the other had more of an understanding.
